Winter secrets to make it through the cold weather.

1) Throat coat tea. You can buy it at the grocery store. It works.

2) Starbucks in the red counties of Central Florida have discontinued Gingerbread Lattes in favor of a Cherry jubilee flavor. Don't ask me why. I'm just the messenger.

My wife was excited to get her fix with the caramel brulee latte. She absolutely loves those damn things.

I'm in Central Florida for a few weeks and these cool nights remind me of Vermont in the summer

Cayenne pepper is my cure for the cold weather… a tsp every morning in tomato or lemon drink…

I've found that drinking more water helps prevent irritated sinuses and throats, which make it easier to catch colds.

Ginger tea is helpful at the first signs of an oncoming cold.
