As to stuffed sinuses, I personally swear by Chinese Hot and Sour soup--which you could undoubtedly have delivered to you--all the better. Feel better!

7. I've never tried zicam usually what I take when I'm sick is buckleys and thats truly the worst

medicine as far as taste goes. But it usually knocks out what I've got quick
