that the Boss instead of taking responsibility and saying "we screwed up" blamed a lowly stock clerk for the sign (which probably had to be ordered ahead and printed somewhere else off-site), and even if it was the lowly stock clerk who normally doesn't work the meat department as described, it is still a function of management to see that products are properly displayed and signed with proper pricing and descriptions.
