Marijuana In Wendy's Burger Was 'Misplaced' By Employee Amy Seiber

Their burgers might be squares, but their employees clearly aren't.

Wendy's employee Amy Seiber was arrested and soon became an ex-employee on Nov. 1, when a customer at the chain's Lovejoy, Ga. location called 911 on Nov. 1 and reported there was a half-smoked blunt inside her burger, TMZ reported Thursday.

Police say when they showed up, Seiber, 32, told them the blunt belonged to her, and that she "misplaced" it inside the cheeseburger. She was arrested for possession of marijuana.

The customer told TMZ she suffered from symptoms similar to food poisoning and had to be hospitalized. She also said that Wendy's offered to pay for her medical bills, and also gave her a $50 gift certificate.

My old job before I retired was driving an 18 wheel truck and I would have to do 3 to 6 drug tests a year. So no I didn't do any drugs at work or home.

6. A blunt is a marijuana cigar

There are two ways to get rolling "paper" for a blunt: peel a cigar or buy sheets of tobacco called blunt wraps.

Swallowing tobacco juice, or a chunk bitten out of the blunt, will make you sick to your stomach and you'll think you have food poisoning if you don't know any better.

The police report states that Travis had picked up a Wendy's single cheeseburger combo from the drive-through window of the 11121 Tara Boulevard Wendy's around 10:30pm November 1.


The customer Shalon Travis, 39, called police after discovering the marijuana in her burger, placed right on top of the pickle.

She was admitted to hospital after suffering symptoms similar to food poisoning.

I don't agree with arresting for possession of marijuana, but this is nasty. How does someone lose a blunt in a hamburger? That's like chewing tobacco and spitting it in there, or losing a cigarette in there. Gross!
