What I do that is really helpful when trying to find credit for art and artists is opening a separate window with Google Image search open and 'drag and drop' the art image right into the search and it usually brings back great results if there are any to be found.

Installed the Image Chrome extension [FREE], you can just right-click the picture and then select "Search Google with this Image"

Thanks for posting this, they are pretty cool. I thought I would know more of the paintings to begin with. I like the classic actor ones like DeNiro and Pacino.

Ingres, David, Raphael, Leonardo, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, some pre Raphaelites, van Eyck, VanDerWeyden, some early American portraitists (Copley?), Durer, della Francesca, and still going over them...it is late, I will return in the morning...

It says a lot about culture to see who someone thinks celebrities are. Are we celebrating the wrong people? Where is Thomas Jefferson, Abe Lincoln, Castro?
