Every year I make a dozen or more mason jars of salsa for Jeannie's co-workers at the radio station, with a few left over as gifts for my low life music buddies. Tomatoes, jalapenos, habaneros, green onions, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice and a dash of salt.
Each batch is slightly different, each batch makes about three jars, so I keep the more garlic-y and cilantro-y ones for myself.
Some can be quite hot. Jeannie's staff loves it and have recommended that I market the stuff.
I'll be busy for a few hours......

So I used store bought "on the vine tomatoes". Homegrown is much better.

Oh, wait . . . I just reread and saw that you use jalapeños and habaneros. I'm too old for that. Still sounds great, though.
