Two hours to go for AZ. I do have some fireworks but it is just the husband and I and we are old, however it looks like we will make it til midnite and we will open a bottle of bubbles (and probably not be able to finish it LOL) and light a couple bottle rockets for old times sake.

and our dog is shivering like she's crapping razor blades. She soooo hates really loud noises. My daughter is sitting here (quietest room in the house) hugging her and has a comforter wrapped around them so they're snuggly. At least she's stopped pacing and crying.

she shivers and shakes until I wonder if she's gonna fall apart. Does the same thing in a thunderstorm.

and went outside to watch all the rednecks blow stuff up. It was a good show - they got some good stuff.

My single malt scotch was a big factor in my enjoyment.

Still about 45 mins away here.

Not a lot of fireworks around here compared to out in rural areas. But I always see or hear a few.
