Just saw a 2014 Corvette on the road. Meh.

Same color as the one pictured here, and I pretty much just got this view of it at the stop light. Maybe a different color and angle might improve my feeling, but what I saw just isn't impressing me all that much. Back end looks like a modified Camaro. Weird, busy angles everywhere else.

Here's a 2014 Camaro for comparison:

The more I look at it the more I think the tail lights are what's turning me off. Kind of Batmobile-ish.

But hey, one man's Batmobile is another man's 1955 Lincoln Futura.

A stones throw from Edwards AFB, Mojave and right up the road from Palmdale/Lancaster

I think I still like the looks of a C-6 however.

I had a '92 C-4. Lot's of fun to drive, that's for sure.

This one, in fact;

I think it looks great on the 'vette. Not so great on the Camaro.

I'm planning on getting a 2016 Corvette. That will be the first 'improvement' year for the 7th Generation.

I have owned two Cadillacs, but now drive a Ford Taurus because I cannot afford a Cadillac.

11. It's a very divisive design. I don't know how I feel. But it's suppose to be a great driver's car.

The best performing corvette platform ever. And it's supposedly the first one to really be able to compete with the like's of 911s and such.

14. Car design goes back and forth between angular and curvilinear, over and over.

Bill Mitchell, chief of design at GM, said something to that effect, but I can't find the exact quote. This is Corvette going from curvy to angular.

Here he is with a couple of concept Corvettes.
