Being a black kitty, she would select the larger, pure white side of the bed for her own so the abundance of hair could be clearly seen by one and all.

He always has to be right next to you, so if you move over he moves over as well. The next thing you know you wake up and you're practically falling off the bed.

The cat would literally walk up to his head, plop his belly down on his face, and then try and sleep.

In our house it needs to be changed. Her side is actually half, whereas 1/4 is mine (his), the other 1/4 is His Jr.

However when His Jr isn't in the bed, then that picture is accurate.

If a murderer comes into the room they'll get her first because she likes to be on the side closest to the door/bathroom.

when I stay w/ my guy, he's the one taking up all the room.

(though honestly I think it's because he likes wrapping himself around me when he sleeps--which doesn't work for me when the dreaded hot flashes start)

Plus, they slowly bulldoze you off the bed. It's like how the Persians on the ledge probably felt in the movie, "300."

And little 50 pound Luna has a way of putting his feet against my back and stretching, which pushes me further to the edge. Right over it one morning. Talk about a rude awakening!

....when I put my man to bed, I have to ask the dogs to "let daddy in your bed." Who would think that 4 little Chihuahuas could take over an entire king-sized bed?!

Mrs. Aristus has a somnolent sprawl that is epic in scope. Usually for me, after a night of that, getting out of bed is equivalent to falling out of bed.

had to buy a king-size bed. Two Retrievers, one Long-coat Chihuahua and two cats... and we still had no room.

Now, I have two cats who take up most of a regular-size bed and the pillows when I'm not looking. I sleep in a fetal position most of the time.
