Hell one of my friend's had a nervous breakdown today at work.

I knew she was stressing out but not this bad. She is in the hospital now. Maybe now she will get the help she needs. Keep an eye on your friends and family.

It's not good, but it's getting brutally real about something, and the only bad thing would be if embarrassment and fear kept her from taking what she can learn and not staying in that situation.
