So I am doing an exercise for my group meeting tomorrow...

I am to write down as many accomplishments as I can.

This is supposed to help me see myself in a better light. It is not working to well for me.

How about you guys? Would thinking of past accomplishments make you feel better or worse.

I am rebuilding from scratch. It is like I am getting haunted by the Ghost of Christmas Past while hangs with the Ghost of Christmas Present.

We are to read the list out loud and if I do any more I will cry! This should be more than enough for my turn. As I said , it is like being haunted by the Ghost of Christmas Pass while hanging with the Ghost of Christmas Present.

Separated yourself from more than one toxic situation

Am an inspiration to your online friends

Seriously - I haven't followed your entire saga or your crises, but the few of your messages I have read you have managed to survive some really bad situations with your ex and with your family. It's been an inspiration to me and from what I can tell, it must be to others since they are so thrilled to see you coming out of it with such determination.

those done as part of a job have meant little to me. those where i have gone out of my way to do something on my own or with volunteer type group usually make me feel very good (eg - tutoring)
