Valentine's Day gifts

Within the past couple of days I read an article about the top 10 gifts not to give your friend/partner/lover/significant other. Three that were on the list, were chocolates, appliances, and stuffed animals. One of the reasons was because they were so cliched.

I was in CVS today, two men were in the Valentine's Day aisle, one man (about 60 years old) had in his arms 3 small stuffed animals and was checking out the candy. The 2nd man (about 28) was carrying a box containing a toaster, and a box of chocolates, and he was checking out the bags of Lintz truffles.

I just wanted to yell out "WRONG."
