I've heard him do some covers of his dad's stuff and one or two original tunes... Not bad at all. I'll probably pick up the album when it comes out. You can hear him do a cover of Children of the Revolution here:

3 jacks, 4 diodes, 2 transformers...it took more time for the soldering iron to heat up than it did to assemble.

Almost forgot...some Beatles record with baby dolls and raw meat on the cover.

I imagine it took fans a little getting used to "Tom" becoming female, though I suppose from her perspective she's been a "she" all along, if only internally.

But now that I've moved back home and have a little more disposable income, I've been growing my CD collection and have also started a small vinyl collection (I'm 29 - LP's were ancient technology when I was a kid, but now I've fallen in love with them).

I've played guitar for 40 years. Own a bunch but never had much use for Les Paul. this one has changed my out look. It took me a couple of trips to a local music store that tends to cater to more professional musicians. wow. is all I can say. oh wait Yout mean recorded music?
um Allan Tousaint's latest CD/DVD Songbook as a song writer he lays it all out. if you ever want to hear what goes through a writer/performer's head listen to Songbook.

Serena Ryder - Harmony: Fantastic album, this lady has great voice control and can really write. The Gibson Flying V she uses is a nice addition to any musician IMO.

Kacey Musgraves - Same Trailer Different Park: Really a lot more fun than I thought. Fast paced, breezy modern country. I picked it up because of her performance at the Grammys and the fact that Amazon had it on for $1.99. Her legs ain't bad either.

Volbeat - Outlaw Gentlemen & Shady Ladies: Just cause it's Volbeat and they're cool, such a unique blend of styles.
