My latest $MILLION$ DOLLAR IDEA! PODS FOR BODS!

You've seen the Pods storage units they bring to your driveway.
Put all your stuff in there and they whisk it away to a central location.
Deliver it anywhere you name.
Handy.

How about PODS FOR BODS?
An empty nest couple no longer needs one or two or three extra bedrooms for guests/relatives.

Buy/build a nice, inexpensive ONE bedroom home.
Just for the two of you.

Company coming?
Call PODS FOR BODS!
We'll deliver one or more complete and comfortable bedroom and bath units.
Heat pump for heating and cooling.
All linens included.
All you need is an electric hookup.
An extension cord from your house.
Composting toilet.
Ample potable water tank and grey water holding tank.
Refresh the water tank with your garden hose.
Use the grey water to irrigate your lawn and garden.
Satellite TV.
WiFi.

Accepting investors now.
Get in on the ground floor.

Perhaps relocate it to the woods?

You know, just for those certain guests.

Make sure the return date is posted inside and outside the Pod. Place a countdown clock next to the bed. Really, when you think about it, it's on them if they get carted away. It's not like they didn't have warning.
