Went to a movie tonight. The person

taking the tickets was in a wheelchair and and limited coordination in her hands as she ripped the stub. A guy in front of us held out his ticket, but just slightly out of reach for her. It seemed like minutes but was really a few seconds. He was looking directly at her as she tried to reach for it up and to the side of her. I could not believe someone would not GIVE THE TICKET TO HER. I didn‘t say anything because I didn‘t want to start anything. What an ass!

my gut mouthy reaction probably would have been:
are you kidding me? just give her the ticket.

the "are you kidding me?" bit is, very often, unintentional but like i said, my mouth moves and my voice sounds off, perhaps at inappropriate times, and it just comes out.

the follow-up, if someone was going to "start something" would simply be: oh, sorry--did i just say that out loud?

yeah, he was an ass.

and say thank you. If you kick them in the ass, they'd just deny it. I'm sure the lady is all too used to it.
