The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsSending my laptop in for repairs. Hopefully, I will see you all next Sunday.
I've been having blue screens, and a friend is going to check it out for me.
It should be done by this week, but if it isn't, I may not be able to post the LOLcats next Sunday. Better to tell you all now, just to be on the safe side.
Leave a light on in the window DU, I'll be back as soon as I can.

Good luck getting the PC fixed. I've encountered the blue screen of death on my home PC, but it has rebooted every time and the failure rate is very low. Just remember to save frequently if working on large documents or spreadsheets. One of the reasons that I like using Access databases is that when data is entered into tables it is written without the user purposely stating that the data needs to be saved, so losing large amounts of work is unusual.
