Update. They aspirated the lump to get some cells to send out to pathology.

She also has a low grade heart murmur, nothing too serious.
The vet didn't seem to think there was any lymphatic involvement which would be a bit of good news if the tumors are cancerous.
Depending on the results from pathology, we'll decide the next course.
