Is my building falling over?

So we live in a very new apartment tower (like, it topped out in July and they're still finishing the interiors of the upper floors). We have one of those jimmy-proof deadbolts on our door:



But we have to call the maintenance people every few weeks to remount it because it keeps coming unaligned. Can the building really be shifting that much (we're on the 13th floor). Is it going to fall over?

Place a marble on the floor. If the floor is slanted, which it would be if the building is leaning, it'll consistently roll in the exact same direction.

Even if the building isn't leaning, if the floors are already tilted, the construction is shoddy and I'd GTFO.
