(6,795 posts)I like bacon. But can live without it.
I am also illiterate when it comes to advanced math. I had to take 2 community college level courses before AZ State would let me take their College Algebra. But, I pulled a B in that class.
I just like to make lists......

Although I got straight 100s in high school geometry and trig. I don't know why that was so easy and algebra was so hard.
1. I went all four years of high school to a private, christian school run by Independent, fundamentalist baptists.
2. I am an atheist.
3. One of the few things I do agree with the baptists on is that bacon is ambrosia in meat form.
*When I was much younger I had all the common fraction to decimal conversions memorized. I worked at a shop that built custom shower doors and we had to cut stuff on the fly down to 1/16th of an inch accuracy- our cut sheets (basically the order form that gave us the measurements to cut the pieces) were all done on a computer (A fancy Lotus 123 spreadsheet with formulas specific to our product) and came in metric but all our saws and machines had inches and feets so we had to convert to get stuff cut right. We had a cheat sheet but that was too slow to look stuff up so I just memorized it all. Giving my co-workers the illusion that I was doing the math in my head so I looked like a genius at cutting aluminum. Not exactly Nobel Prize-worthy but I enjoyed the brief adulation.
