J.S. Bach-- Concerto #1 for Keyboard in D Minor

Bach's Concerto for Keyboard in D Minor is, in my opinion, his most underrated composition, and rivaled in intensity only by the much more famous Toccata and Fugue in D Minor. Originally written for harpsichord, this performance is given on the piano, which brings out the full intensity and power of the piece. It is one of my all-time favorites of any musical genre:

Big focus on Bach. I've bought most of their catalog from iTunes.

I'll listen to them when I get some time. The 4 orchestral suites/ouvertures are also among my favorites

Bach is the closest thing to the divine I can imagine. I'm in love with Bach's many pieces for solo violin (as I practiced them when I was young). They are so bold, distinctive, and passionate. Here's one of the world's greatest interpreters of Bach on the violin, Hillary Hahn.
