And, I say that as someone who hates basketball, and as a lifelong hockey fan who loves it way more than any sport. First of all, Rich Peverley didn't "die on the bench". He collapsed due to an erratic heartbeat. They defibrillated him to put his heart back into a normal rhythm, not to re-start it. Secondly, if you ever had a leg cramp, you know they hurt like hell.
