This mantra that if we pay the lower-classes a living wage- jobs will disappear
Well if some people must be sacrificed to uphold the monetary system at least give them medical, dental coverage along with shelter and food. How may of you cons out there do not think about what you want? Some human beings must be sacrificed so the "winners" can survive...I'd call that evil and yet you don't think about that when you whine that business cannot afford to pay living wages. Then shut up and provide a real safety net, not the pitiful excuse you use to placate your indifference to human suffering in the richest nation in the world. But then your taxes will go up or god no, I hear you say....you'd rather let some people suffer from lack of basic needs so you can do well. When your survival depends on another's human misery I'd call that evil.
