food rave of the day (4/1): cookies

I don't buy big packages of cookies, because if I do, I'll eat them all.

But sometimes in a store I'll grab a package w/ just two cookies in it.

4. Chocolate chip, warm from the oven with an ice cold glass of milk.

5. Russian Tea Cakes

A little round cookie, made with at least a pound of butter, with either walnuts or pecans, baked and while still warm, rolled in powdered sugar. A pain in the ass to make, but absolutely melt-in-the mouth delish.

with morning coffee; otherwise, oatmeal raisin, but have to be GOOD ones!
