Last year when I was still with the bank, they made me work it by going to a training/role-play on how to deal with armed robbery.

I didn't see the point. The money's insured. I'm not. I'm going to be the most cooperative robbery victim in history. So are my coworkers. We're right next to the cop-shop in the strip-mall (we share a bathroom and break-room) so we're not getting robbed anyways.

You've got the gun so you're in charge. Here's the cash, both drawers, all 7 teller stations; would you like the coins too? How about the vault? Do you want me to help carry it to your car? Can I get you anything else? Sprite? Coffee? Masseuse? Pizza? Of course you can have a lollipop...

Yes, always cooperate. It isn't worth being a "hero".

ensure that you would be very, very cooperative with any robbers so that no one would get hurt.

remember what the guy looked like so you could give an accurate description to the police, how to try to trick them to look directly into the camera, how to try to slow them to give increased response time to the police and the secret codes to say on the phone for "we're not actually getting robbed, someone accidentally set-off the alarm" and "we're being robbed."

Then two hours of role-play.
