My usual breakfast is 1/2 can of stewed tomatoes, 1/2 can of chili beans and 1/3 pound ground sirloin, all together, like a diabetics stew! Heat 'n eat. WHY? I'm diabetic, and this gets me my needed carbs, fiber, and protein. Total calories: 450..lasts till afternoon! Works for me....that's all I can say.

I grew up with those plates/bowls.

For breakfast, left over pizza from my toddler's bday party

I love my Ikea induction cooktop. Pancakes are a 6, eggs a 5 and pork belly/bacon is 4. Keeping a chart as I try different things.

Best part, 8 quarts of water for pasta takes like 3 minutes for a jumping out of the pot rolling boil.
