(36,213 posts)I use Slime® sealant on my townie 'going to the store' bike and Kevlar skins on my country ride. Puncture thorns are a real nemesis from late Fall until the first storms wash and blow the thorns off the road. Interesting, this year was nice because our drought mostly held that satanic plant in check.
