I realized yesterday that I HATE to coordinate to get people together on a time for a meeting

(or something else).

I have to do something like that at work right now. Had the meeting scheduled, one person at the last minute had to back out.

So I was back to ground zero.

This is one reason why, in RL, I usually just go ahead and do my own thing rather than try to coordinate multiple people do do it.

You create a poll of the dates/times and people vote on it. I used it for some meetings last year.

Then you pick the time that most people can do it.
