I used to work for this company that we'll call MCK. Our arch-competitors we'll call NSC. Both companies did biology work, like owl surveys and murrelet surveys.

The head of NSC and one of his lead biologists were arrested for burglary, embezzlement and conspiracy to commit a crime yesterday!

The charge is that they conspired with the client to submit false invoices for 900,000 dollars.

The bail is a MILLION DOLLARS.

I know these people. I'm totally floored.
