Remind them that it is National Frozen Custard Day. Then order a large concrete. DO NOT TAKE ANY KIND OF BLOOD TEST FOR THE NEXT 72 HOURS -- IT WILL SHOW NOTHING BUT SUGAR AND BUTTER. Otherwise, enjoy...

... and get a double Butterburger with bacon and Wisconsin Cheddar while you're enjoying your custard.
