Belladonna has gone on a catabout

It's her first since coming home in March.

A couple times she's had late nights and not been in when I was feeding breakfast. But was back home within a few hours of that, and breakfast gone. But not many nights out in July, with the humidity she seemed as played out as me. I consistently have found her sleeping at the top of the hay pile or, on the really hot, humid days, on the cool floor.

Yesterday morning she wasn't in when I fed breakfast. But then her breakfast was still untouched when I got home from work at 10:45 pm. And still untouched this morning. And I just checked now, and still no sign of her. And it's cool, windy and showering, with heavy rains expected tonight.

I wasn't surprised by an all nighter on a pleasant night in late summer when the baby mice and such are starting to be out and about. But this the longest she's been away since her return home. She seemed so happy and content.
