Ohio woman raises eyebrows with photos of baby in roasting pan

I think Florida Man may have a girlfriend!

Jackie Sheaks of West Columbus says the photos of her granddaughter in a roasting pan and with a pacifier duct-taped to her face were meant to be humorous.

Sheaks posted the pics on her Facebook page to give her friends a laugh but users on the social media site didn’t get the joke. The images quickly spread across the Internet, sparking outrage, and one user called the police.

When the local sheriff showed up at her door, Sheaks was shocked. She told WBNS-TV that the situation has been blown out of proportion.

“We’re not horrible people that they are making us out to me,” Sheaks explained to WBNS-TV. “We would never harm our children, never.”

But none had it pretty much closed over the baby...and the duct tape is a real no-no.

And then she is shocked that sheriff showed up?
Pacifier is duct taped to the face, and even child's nose appears to be blocked by the pacifier.
Grandma should think first before doing things like that.

We put him next to a loaf of bread to give him scale, and then we put a chef's knife in the pic to lend a sense of the macabre. Everyone who saw the picture thought it was an adorable laugh-riot.

It's like the old Bonsai Kitty site, creating the illusion of harm or danger while never actually harming or endangering the subject of the picture.
