My ex son in law works there and no child support has been coming to my daughter.
I have called and called....just answering machines....no return calls.
Thanks.

Is this state imposed by court order?
If so , call the Judges office and ask them what to do.

The court in Il. said, "hire an attorney." Than's not feasible at this time.

(2,682 posts)5. You can register the IL judgment in MN
and then pursue a garnishment action against his wages. His employer will then be required to take money from his pay to give to your daughter. See http://www.mncourts.gov/district/4/?page=581.
You might be able to do this without the assistance of an attorney. It seems like a simple process.
