The kid who turned me onto Bob Seeger and Kansas and a lot of other good stuff winced when I played Stewart.
" Moooooom, that's garbage..turn it off".

Now that we are a continent apart, I like to send him Stewart you tube links.....

.... is that he did some great stuff, mostly in the early 70s and then he did some utter pap, mostly in the late 70s.

It's like a sweet dog that poops on your bed. You can't decide whether to love him or put him outside.

What WAS bad was his attempt at cross over to crooner, when he did that Cole Porter album.
Pure torture to listen to.

socks on the kitchen floor work well. Rod Stewart doing the Temptation Strut @.22 and doing the other Motown dance steps...ah yes
