Had some work on my limbs before, but never on the torso. I am having some concerns but think all will be OK.
My dad nearly died of a umbilical hernia when it strangulated his blood system. Thus I wanted to get it fixed as soon as I could afford it.
So now it is time to go to bed as I have an early rise tomorrow. With any luck I will be back here in the next couple of days.
I know there will be good wishes and I thank you in advance. Take care all

(5,790 posts)I have one too, but even with "good" insurance, they won't cover surgery unless it becomes acute.

Somewhat of a surprise is that without my daily BP the BP wasn't too high. There is hope yet.
