1. One of the things that I miss not being up in Irving.

My friend from college worked at the California Pizza Kitchen in Grapevine and they would have pumpkin cheesecake on the dessert menu in the fall. Good stuff to help my case of the munchies!

2. Eating pumpkin didn't stop my freckles.

Maybe I was doing it wrong. Maybe I was supposed to rub pumpkin on my skin instead of sunblock. Do you think that would have worked?

You must be able to find pumpkin cheesecake where you are now.

11. No, it isn't available anywhere near here.

The best that I can do is pumpkin pie at either HEB or Walmart. The food options in Wharton are pretty limited.

now that I think about it there is a Cheesecake Factory at the First Colony mall in Sugarland. I went to that mall about a month ago when my brother was having some dental work. I doubt that I would be able to make it today though since my brother doesn't get off of work until 7 p.m. and he will have another 12 hour shift tomorrow.
