Happy Birthday Friend!
I stayed up late last night drinking mead to celebrate my last night before entering my official early 60s.
Starting off a wee hungover, lol.
Need to down some juice and have a shower...see if that will help.
Decided against my normal fruit with oatmeal breakfast, and instead for a treat had fruit with toasted waffles w/butter and maple syrup.
I'll be headed to the movies later today. The local theater offers a free matinee on your birthday. In the past, I've skipped it because it was always crappy slasher/horror movies. This year, 3 movies got 4 star ratings, so I'll be going to Gone Girl (rotten tomatoes gave it 4 1/2 stars).
And I may do something extra special for myself later on today. We'll see how the bank account looks after today's payday and bill paying....

the movie (Girl Gone) was excellent, and took me on my on a trip down memory lane that needed some examination and healing...
We'll see if I get last year's hoped for Christmas present this time around, too...time will tell
