Anyone else here love New-Mex or Den-Mex style mexican food?

Stuff like chile (spelled with an e) with hatch or pueblo chile and pork. Flat enchiladas stuffed with cheese an onion and topped with a fried egg, smothered in a heavy red sauce, maybe with Chimayo red chili if you are lucky? How about sopapilla stuffed with beans and chicharones smothered? No sour cream on ANYTHING and the chile is going to make you blow your nose a few times before you are done eating?

All I can get in the midwest is Jalisco style or Tex Mex mexican food, and it is just not the same.
