Live in Today, ...Thanksgiving..11/27/14

Why is today so important? Yesterday is gone forever, and tomorrow is a long ways away. I try to live in the present because it is enough to deal with. Plans for the future can be made, but often plans change. I believe deeply if we give thanks for today, and give thanks for this moment, then we can live a more fulfilled and happy life. This living in the present is one of the most difficult tasks I face today. It is a form of self love, and that can be very hard to do. By taking care of me each day, and staying as healthy as I can be, I will be able to help others. Staying in the now is indeed taking care of me and those I love.

worrying about the future.

But sometimes it is very hard to do, even when I KNOW it's better. Even in the worst moments, sometimes I can stop and think "there is something I need to learn from this". Sometimes it takes a while to see it!

Right here right now...all is good! And I hope everyone is having mostly good times today and everyday!
