A movie version of "The Sandman" is moving forward. Joseph Gordon-Levitt considered as Morpheus.

I really think they ought to consider Kate Micucci from Garfunkel and Oates as Death.

Sure I know that Mr. Cumberbatch just signed on to play Dr. Strange, but since the movie isn't scheduled to be released until late 2016, I'm guessing that filming won't start until next summer, so he'll be looking for something to do in between.
