2. What if there were stickers on food we buy

that said "1 lb. of beef costs 1,799 gallons of water"
or
"1 apple costs 18 gallons of water"

After playing with that interactive display, I now appreciate the fact that many people in difficult climates have goats instead of beef,
have rice instead of corn, drink tea instead of coffee...they save millions of gallons of water.

And Monsanto cause enormous amounts of water to be used on their seeds.
