1. It's just begging to be used for the public's amusement-

2. I can picture the head becoming the religious idol of some pastafarian type cult...

... a cult very deeply offensive to both traditional religion and Leninist Communists.

It's got those four bolts on the top of its head, just begging for the attachment of a big pasta strainer or some silly sort of hat.

Maybe the hats could be changed for the high holy days of The Church of the Great Stone Head of Lenin.

Or the head could be attached by the bolts upside down to some sort of motorized carriage, to be paraded around on Pride days and celebrations like Burning Man.
