I know it gets damn hot in Texas. I've been there lots of times.

59 for you guys is probably comparable to 40 for us yanks.

We can turn off the A/C...
the high today will be ...78!!!

Oh, the giddiness of it all.....I can't stand it.

There is a reason that fall is the favorite season of so many Southerners....lovely bearable weather between the hell of August and the bitter hell of
a brief but cold winter (usually). Mostly blue sunny skies, too.

It's been the longest hottest summer in my 25+ years of living in NC and today's weather is wonderful. The air is so bracing. I feel so energetic!

It was supposedly 59 a couple of days ago, but I don't believe it. Unfortunately, it still heats up pretty fast still here around Philly. But we've got the windows open today, for a change.
