Am reading "The Residence" by Kate Andersen Brower.

Nice stories of behind the scenes events in the white House. Just finished the section about Inauguration Day when one president and family move out and another president and family move in -- all within six hours. New mattresses, family photos in place, toothbrushes --wow.

The people who do and have worked in the residence are very special people. An interesting book to read at this point in our political lives.
