I scored a front row center seat to a Peter Frampton concert next month

It'll be the first concert I've attended since I lived in Nashville almost 20 years ago. If my chronology is correct, the last group I saw was Crosby, Stills and Nash. Great stuff.

Frampton is my favorite name to drop- I actually met him a couple times when he lived south of Nashville. The landscaping company I worked for scored some work at his home. I can truthfully say I was poolside at his house. He's a friendly guy- down to earth, just a guy who happens to have million dollar hands. Which I had the honor of shaking!

2. I have only ever heard good things about Mr. Frampton

he is very talented and by all accounts, a very decent fellow.

3. Frampton (is still) Alive?

I haven't been to a rock and roll event since 1994 and that was Spirit at a bar in Eureka, CA with Randy California and Cassidy the only original members.

Had seen Spirit twice before: (1) Headliner at Fillmore West IIRC 1969 and (2) 2nd billed to Ike and Tina Turner Review at Winterland Halloween 1970.

Peter Frampton was in Humble Pie formed by Steve Marriot when he left the Small Faces who Rod Stewart joined along with Ron Wood who bothe played with The Jeff Beck Group .Ron Wood Joined the Stones ,Rod Syewart became Rod Stewart ,Peter Frampton became Peter Frampton .Why do I know all this stuff but Frampton is an exellent guitar player and you will love 5his concert .
