get along with sea monkeys? That's what I'd need to know before adopting a water bear.

You can even allow the mini-aquarium to dry up, store the tank in a memorabilia box where it can be found by your grand children; and all they have to do is add water in order to resurrect the pet.

I just read this article about them.

It seems odd that they can withstand almost everything that would kill other animals, but that their lifespan is only about a year.

The only problem with Tardigrades As Pets is how extremely small they are.

Sea Monkeys can grow large enough to see. But, given the near immortal qualities of a water bear I don't think we want to enhance the size much larger.
