Ok it's official. I miss my cats

I just discovered I have a mouse in my house.

I really do not want to get another cat. Last winter was the first winter I did not get serious bronchitis and my allergies have cleared up big time.

I guess I'll have to buy a mouse trap but one of those human ones. I don't want to hurt the mouse. Just relocate it outside to a better place.

is that close enough?

And I have dog biscuits in my house you can have. Was going to take them to my parents house for their grand-dogs but I'll give them to your dog instead. Some local business that provides jobs for handicap adults by making homemade dog biscuits.

your parents dogs can help you out. Now my border collie, used to sleep with the squirrel that came into my house accidentally and I could not catch it. (I brought it in when it fell in the laundry basket, did not see it). But this dog is a hound mix - pointer jack russell terrier I think by the markings and head shape. She will not let a rodent alone and she is fast. The squirrels just barely out run her outside. She also slows down chaing things she does not want to catch like huge canadian geese. Once I was walking her ans saw a bird with a broken wing and could not reel her in fast enough. I wished she killed it because she is swift and does not play with it those mice were caught and dead in miliseconds, but instead she kept looking at the bird and then at me as if she wanted me to fix it. finally she picked it up in her mouth and dropped it at my feet unharmed. I had nothing to carry it in or I would have picked it up, but close to the house, so I walked her home, got a shoe box and went back, but it was too late, a cat got it.

so strong. This was told to me by a maintenance man in a hotel in a port city, so he would know. He said to me "just don't do it". FYI

If I remember correctly a door would drop down once the mouse was in the trap. I caught several and released them into a wild field away from my house.

There are ones without glue

I won't hurt a mouse. just trap him until I can release him.
