I've got to get back on track. I've started walking again, just have to get the food part back in order. Sounds like you've got that taken care of

is really easy to do. Those fast days remain the same two weekdays each week. I eat normally the next day so my body does not go into starvation mode. And my willpower lasts because I eat normally the other days of the week.
