Surinam is one of them maybe. French "colonies" are often considered almost the same as a domestic province, IIRC. Didn't know if Holland was the same.

Googling now.

On edit: Surname is no longer a Dutch colony. Independence in the '70s. Oops.

The obvious one is the one that separates Southern Nederland and Northern Belgium.

But it's a bit more complicated than that.

Now that India and Bangladesh have finally rationalized their borders it is officially the craziest land border in the world, in many cases literally based on where troops were standing when the Peace of Westphalia was signed.
