What would you do? I'm selling a chair on Craiglist and someone said they'll buy it tonight

however I just got an email offering me $10 more if I sell it him and he'll get it tomorrow. Should I tell person "A" I got a better offer and ask them to match it or should I honor the price listed?

Did you accept the first offer? Maybe $10 isn't worth going against your word. But if you haven't yet accepted the first person's offer then you should go with the higher offer.

What do you think of my cancelling tonight's apt and see if person B actually does come by tomorrow and if B does buys it, telling person A its no longer for sale?

I seem to have the worst luck with CL, half the time people don't show up.

Peace

but if you posted this on Craig'slist I hope you are planning on having someone
there with you when the prospective buyer comes by tonight. I've heard to many sad
Craig'slist stories.

I believe an elderly couple who advertised to sell their car were murdered by a prospective "customer" answering their CL ad.
