And then there's an Australian mom named Angela Gallo who's advising women in the throes of labor to "touch themselves."..

Gallo felt "powerful" and "sensual," and as she labored freely, her husband asked her to have sex. She declined and opted to masturbate instead.

"Clitoral stimulation worked an absolute TREAT" Gallo wrote. "It shifted my focus to my vagina, to the energy brewing within me.
